Please schedule your appointment in advance to avoid waits. We understand if you you need to cancel or reschedule. Progressive Esthetics requires 24 hours notice in advance of your scheduled appointment.

In order to deliver on a consistent and timely experience, we ask that you arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before its scheduled start time. In the event your arrival is delayed, we reserve the right to adjust your treatment to complete at the end of your scheduled appointment window. Clients who fail to show up for appointments may be asked to prepay for future services.

Progressive Esthetics is an escape from your day. To assure a relaxing experience for all our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone during your stay.

To protect your safety, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Unopened products may be returned when accompanied by a receipt. All gift card sales are final. Gift card balances cannot be used as gratuity.

While gratuity is always appreciated, it is never expected. Should you want to leave gratuity for your service provider, you may do so with cash or Venmo.
